Pay & Positions

Full-Time $23.79 – $27.19/hour | 30–36 hours per week | M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No nights, weekends, or major holidays | Year-round stability

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning the interiors of residential homes in the Bloomington and Ellettsville area. This is active, physical, hands-on work — bending, kneeling, moving throughout the day, and lifting up to 25 lbs. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and taking pride in your results, you'll feel right at home.

Experience Required? Not What You Think.

You do not need professional cleaning experience. We train the right people. What we can't train is work ethic, integrity, and pride in a job well done — you either have that or you don't.

Candidates with backgrounds in restaurants, serving, retail, hospitality, or customer service consistently perform exceptionally well in this role.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Reliable personal vehicle with insurance

Must live within 30 minutes of Bloomington, IN

Must be willing to pass a background check upon hire
